Bryce has been invested in real estate for the last five years with the social impact real estate company that he co-founded, Wilminvest. The company transforms vacant properties into homes for families experiencing housing instability. To date they’ve helped permanently house over 25 homeless families. In partnership with his mentor and Delaware real estate broker, Eddie Barksdale, Bryce obtained his Delaware real estate license and has developed a specialty in helping buyers succeed in any market, including a seller's market. His real estate track record speaks for itself - he closed almost 20 deals in his first year being licensed. In 2021, Philadelphia Business Journal named Bryce as one of the region's most promising entrepreneurs under 25, and in 2019 Delaware Business Times (DBT) listed Bryce as one of Delaware's "best and brightest" business leaders making a difference under the age of 40 at only 23 and still in college. He's second youngest in Delaware Business Time's history to be named to the list. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Business Management with minors in Spanish and Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Delaware in 2019, and was extensively trained by Stanford University and Google in human-centered marketing, sales, design thinking, and entrepreneurship. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Bryce consulted multiple international brands, small businesses, government entities, and startups in marketing, sales, and organizational management. Along with being fluent in Spanish, Bryce is a proud Eagle Scout.
